Hi,

After round 1 if you opt for upgradation then you have the scope of again filling in fresh choices. The choices can be same or different than the choices of first round counselling.

However a fact to be cautious about is that in round 2 there is no further scope of upgradation. And candidate needs to join the college he/she gets.

So be wise while filling the choices.
