AACCC Registration option was closed on 27/07/2019
, Payment facility over today at 12 pm &
Choice filling option also closed today at 5 pm
If they extended date of registration then only you can participate in 2nd round
So contact to aaccc authority as early as possible , they can help & guide you

Hello dear student,
It is mentioned in the official website of NEET that if student is not able to participate or enroll in first round then yes they can register for the second round of counseling. There are fresh registration that can happen in that stage . I hope this was helpful
