I am very sorry to say this but the results of NEET 2019 have not been declared officially as yet so it isn't possible for you to get an AIR.
I suppose there is some misunderstanding but other than this I would be very happy to help you if you tell me your expected score .

My expected score is 519. I am from up and general category candidate. Which are expected college for MBA govt seat admissions

Hello Vipul Thanks for sharing your information .Since you are a general category student and your score is below the mark of 540 which is the standard minimum for state like up .I do not think that it will be easy for you to get any govt MBBS medical College.But since this is a meritorious system so it depends on a lot of other factors , hence I would suggest you to wait till the ranks come.All the best
