Hello,

Well if i speak honestly, chances of getting a government college is quite tough. But do not give up hope, do check for cutoffs of different medical colleges you want to apply to. It will give you your answer.

You can also go for other courses or maybe check for semi-government colleges too.

What is Domicile criteria for other states??

You are only eligible for other state's medical colleges if you have domicile of that state. Else you cannot take admission there.

Domicile refers to the resident certificate of a state. It proves that you are the citizen of that state. So if you are of Delhi how will you be having other state's domicile certificate?
Although go check with your parents about it. They must be having idea about it.
