Sorry to say but according to your score and previous year trends your chances to get a government seat under all india quota is dim. You can try for private university seats under state quota in kerala only.

You can try for private medical colleges under your state quota and fees varies from college to college

Unfortunately chances are very low for a government medical seat. There is option fir private medical seats but they will charge you a hefty amount of fees.
