YES, you are eligible for JEE main examination if you fulfill the criteria for application. JEE main examination requires 75% marks in board paper or in improvement paper.

Yeah definitely you are eligible for it infact you have given the JEE MAINS in 2018 because of that your One attempt of giving the JEE MAINS examination has been decreased but not any issue you are still left out with two more attempt. So definitely you should go with it in next year eventhough you have 75% also in Class 12th so you are also eligible for NIT as well IIT also...Cheers !!

Bro..let me explain in detail ..I had my 12th board in 2017 in which I got 71% and in 2018 I had given partial subject improvement in 3sbjct ...overall including my best score of 2017 and 2018 I managed to got above 75%marks nw this is my last attempt 2019 so am I elligible for jee mains 2019 ??

Yeah this your last attempt and among all the three attempts this is your last attempt and definitely you are eligible for it in both the sessions of JEE Mains i.e in the month of January and in April.
