Yes, you are eligible. According to the age criteria for NDA, candidates born before January 2, 2000, and after February 1, 2003 are not eligible for appearing in NDA 1 2019. Because your date of birth falls after January 2, 2000 and before February 1, 2003, you are eligible to apply and take the test.

The eligibility criteria for the NDA 2019 exam is that all the Candidates who are born after  January 2, 2000, and before  February 1, 2003 are eligible.The  Minimum Age limit is: 16.5 years and the  Maximum Age limit is: 19.5 years . Hence you are eligible for 2019. Also, It should match your date of birth in 10th or 12th boards certificate.
