Hello,
As per the norms of NDA the applicant must be between the age limit of 16.6 to 19.5. You fall in this age limit so yes you are eligible for the NDA examination.

As per the NDA II eligibility criteria 2018 applicant must be between 16.5 and 19.5 years of age and have passed 10+2/HSC.
