Hi ! You are eligible for nit Trichy but remember you will have a lot of difficulty in getting admission there. First of all the rank matters and your rank is not enough to get into this college. Practically, it is impossible, keeping in mind your every restrictions. So hope you understand and best of luck to you.
Nit trichy is one of the top nits of the nation and with such a low rank, you can not get admission there, according to previous year statistics the lowest branch cutoff went to Around 10k rank in obc-ncl female quota, so you have no chances of getting admission there.
You can try for various state government colleges.

National Institute of Technology, Trichy is a really good college. Infact the best NIT. Hence it requires a really good rank. I am really sorry but you can't get ECE in National Institute of technology, Trichy.
