Yes you can apply for NIT campus. You may not get for top campus but you can get lower rank NIT campus like

Uttarakhand
Jamshedpur
Sikkim
Meghalaya
Manipur
Patna
Mizoram
Durgapur
Arunachal Pradesh

You can apply for CSE , ECE and for other core branch and non technical branch also.

Choose campus priority and apply in the counseling list.
