Hello,

Manav there is no as such rule but the important criteria is that you must qualify or pass 12th board with minimum of 45% or more.And also your qualification of 10th and 12th must be from state of gujarat for admission in MBBS in gujarat.For more details you may check the link below.I hope it helped
