Are marks compulsory for applying in du? Or grade points are enough? Please clarify my doubt.

In Delhi University admissions in most of the courses is done on Merit bases. Also, a candidate has to calculate the best of four percetage which can be done only by the obtained marks. So, marks are really necessary to apply for admissions in Delhi University.
