All admissions are based on their respective category ranks both in State and AIQ.
General, OBC,SC,ST ARE THE CATEGORIES

My daughters category rank is 38482 in sc bt there is no allotment in round 1 mbbs/bds neet 2018 all india quota,if the rank is based on category rank...

Sorry sir but your daughter a rank is very low. I doubt she will get a state quota seat. You may however try management seats in Pvt and deemed universities.
