As for mop up round no domacil is required so in which state should I register for it? my neet marks is 536.

Looking upon your marks and previous years cut off I suggest you register for Karnataka Uttar Pradesh and Maharashtra. The reason being these are some of the state's with good number of government college and you can expect your chance since cut off goes low.
For private college I would suggest Karnataka only since it has lots of them with comparatively low amount of fees.
