I scored 536 marks in neet 2019 up rank 4117 .will I get govt seat in mop round in any state? Which state should I register for mopup round

You are eligible for mop up only in your state not others

As per your score I can tell you that you are having very good chances of getting a government medical College in mop-up round.
I suggest you to go with your home state rank.
You need not to worry much just lock your choice and have some backup plan as other courses like BDS bhms bums etc.
