As now total seat of MBBS is 65000 then why some have the rank of 56000 to 57000 are have less chances as written in this app by experts ?

Less chances are basically for mbbs government colleges falling under 15% All India Quota (with this rank)
Basically you will require approx 6-7k to get into good colleges under 15% for general category.
