As the counselling of neigrihms mbbs counselling 2020 will be done on video conferencing,can I change the phone number that I had fill up in the application form?

Dear Candidate,
It's always preferable to keep the same contact details as you mentioned earlier. If you change your contact details now, it may get a bit confusing in the end. It's always preferable to share contact details which you will be using for the next year or so. I will suggest you to not change your contact details. It may get a bit fussy.
