The basic criteria for writing NEET UG exam is that u must study physics,chemistry and biology in your hsc.

For NEET, you should have taken Biology in your 12th.
Being a computer science student you can't write the exam, as it does n't meet the requirement.

Eligibility criteria for neet is - you should have PCB in 12th standard . even if you have opted for engineering but had biology in 12th you are eligible for neet
Infact i have a friend who gave neet after completing ist year of her engineering in dtu.

NEET is for BPC students. Students who chose their subjects as Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
You won't be eligible to write the exam. Also, one entire section would have biology questions. And as you never had it in your syllabus, you wouldn't be able to answer them.
NEET is an entrance exam for medical colleges, and having a background of biology is essential for joining into a medical course.

Absolutely but these 2 years of college won't count because NEET is a 12 th based exam so it doesn't matter what u r doing now but u has to fit other requirements ...
