B.Sc is an under graduate course and M.Sc is a post graduate course. You can pursue a M.Sc only if you have a B.Sc degree.

IIT-Kanpur offers BS in physics, maths, economics & scientific computing.
IIT-Kanpur offers BS in physics, maths, economics & scientific computing.
IIT-Madras offers five-years BS-MS dual degree course in physics.
IIT-Kharagpur offers five years integrated MS course in physics.
ISM-Dhanbad offers five years integrated MS course in applied physics.
You can take up admission in these courses through scoring marks in JEE-mains and JEE-advanced exam, candidates having physics, chemistry, maths are only eligible to take up these courses. For MS integrated courses, you have to take up Joint Admission Test for Management(JAM) organized by IIT, which is of 3 hours duration in the specific paper like Maths, Physics, Chemistry.
There are huge opportunities after these courses from renowned IIT's. As, many institutes will offer Assistant Professor posts, preference in teaching jobs, research field work etc.
