Hi Subhash, Good to know that you are targetting 600 plus score....As you mentioned that you have a Gujarat domicile...yu will be eligible for 85 % state quota....You must be knowing that mark is quite variabel ..it changes with diffficulty level of paper...then also if you are getting 600 plus...a MBBS seat will be waiting for you in BJ in 2019-20 batch...Best of luck
If we see the trend upto 2016 you can easily get this college with 600 score , but since in 2017 we have seen much change in cut off so it is difficult to predict .
Still if you are able to score 600 in exam similar to that in 2015 , 2016 then you would also be able to do better if exam is a little easy.
So you have to prepare such that you can easily go through a exam which is not much easy and nor much difficult too and not just on the basis of marks because predicting on the basis of marks can go wrong too.
Hope it helps
Dear Subhash, while it is difficult to predict what the appropriate cut off would be to secure a seat in BJ Medical College in NEET 2019, it will be easily possible to secure a seat with a score of 600+ if it remains the same as that of NEET 2017. Infact, through NEET 2017, the last NEET Rank at which an Unreserved candidate secured a seat at BJ Medical College was 9396, which translated to a score of 557 out of 720. Under All India Quota, the last candidate to secure a seat obtained a NEET rank of 1104, which translated to a score of 625 out of 720. Going by these trends, a score of 600+ should be enough for a Gujarat domicile candidate to secure a seat in BJ Medical College, Ahmedabad through NEET but we will be able to predict with more clarity after seeing the NEET 2018 cut offs. Hope this helps!
Yes. It is a sure score. But i would suggest you to try for admissions in better colleges outside of gujarat. Because the score is good enough.
600 is a definetly a gud score,bt getting in to bj medical clg will depend on certain factors
1.ur state rank
2.your category
3.prefrence of other students
So it will be better..to stay focus nd try to give ur best..
As per the cutoff for 2017, it might be difficult next year. But the cut-off varies every year so there are high chances that you can secure a seat there (based on 2015, 2016 cut off)
The cut off varies year to year so it is quite difficult to provide any admission surety but yes, as per NEET 2017 admission was possible in BJ Medical college with 600 + marks. So I would say if you are preparing for NEET 2019 then try to get 600 or above as this would be the safest score to get admission there.
Hope this helps!!!
