Being a j&k resident do i have to separtely give self declaration in neet in order to get into afmc

Dear Deepali, the answer is Yes. The reason is Jammu and Kashmir along with Telangan and Andhra Pradesh doesn't participate in All India Counselling. So these States have 100% State Quota which means no other State candidates can participates in these 3 States counselling process. So in order to participate in All India Counselling and to get into AFMC, you need to give a self declaration form.
