To be eligible to study M.Sc Medical Anatomy, you should have completed your Graduation with Anatomy as one of the subjects.
For example, courses like MBBS, BDS, BOT, BAMS, BHMS, B.V.Sc BOT, etc have Anatomy as one of the subjects in their syllabus and so Candidates who have a Bachelor's degree in any of these courses, are eligible for studying M.Sc Medical Anatomy.
But with a Bachelor's degree Biotechnology, unfortunately you do not qualify.
