Hi, for max 4 lakh, the colleges that you need to target are government colleges like FMS, JBIMS, IIT B, D, Kharagpur, NITIE, etc. These colleges have entry through CAT, CET and the cutoffs are pretty high for such colleges. In CAT you will need 99 percentile and in CET for JBIMS 99.93+ percentile
