Best College s that will able to get in du with 90% in best 4 for eco hons.o bc category
Don't Miss: NIRF DU Colleges Ranking
Hi Tanzeel!
Greetings!
You should be able to in Kirori mal college and Ramjas college, SGTB Khalsa college in the third or fourth list. Getting Hindu college or Hansraj College will need LOTSS of luck.
Till last year, different colleges had different cut offs for Science, Commerce and Arts stream students. Mostly Science stream ones were at an advantage of about 1 percent. Having passed (and scored over a given percentage of marks ) in Mathematics was also a criteria. I am not sure of its applicability this year.
Motilal Nehru college, Delhi college of Arts and Commerce, Shaheed Bhagat Singh, College of Vocational Studies are some off campus colleges where your chances are fair, if you would like to consider.
You should also try to get any south campus college.
Please upvote if this was helpful to you.
Thank you and good luck .
- Dyal Singh College
- Atma Ram sanatan Dharma College
- Deshbandhu college
- Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar college
- Motilal Nehru college
- Rajdhani college
- Shyam Lal College
- Sri Aurobindo College (Evening)
- Zakir Husain Delhi College
Approximately by the 6th or 7th cutoff list some of the colleges where you might get admission are:
- Delhi college of arts and commerce
- Motilal Nehru College
- Kirori Mal College
- Ramanujan College
- Ramjas College
- Shaheed Bhagat Singh College
- Sri Venketeswara College
Unfortunately with 90% in OBC category you won't be able to get into 1st tier colleges like Shri Ram College of Commerce or Hans Raj College.
Kirori Mal and Sri Venketeswara College are among the top 10 Colleges in Delhi University for B.A Economics Honors course. Shaeed Bhagat Singh College is also one of the good colleges for commerce. So you can wait for them till 6th or 7th list and can book a seat in one of the Colleges mentioned first(some of the good ones among them are ARSD, Sri Aurobindo, Dyal Singh, Zakir Hussain) by 3rd list and if by further lists you pass the cutoff marks in any better College, you can put in the application for change of College.
Hope this helped
Good Luck
