University of Delhi does not provide BJMC course. However, similar courses like B.A. hons. in Journalism and BMMMC are provided by the University. The colleges of DU which provide B.A. hons. in Journalism are :
1.Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
2.Kalindi College
3. Bharti College
4. Kamala Nehru College
5. Maharaja Agrasen College
6. Delhi College of Arts and Commerce
7. Institute of Home Economics
The first step to apply for such UG courses in DU is basically to fill up the online application form. This year, it is likely to be available from the 1st week of April.
For B.A. hons. (Journalism), merit based selection is done according to the cutoff lists released for the colleges.
Currently, Indraprastha College for Women is only providing BMMMC course through the conduct of entrance exam. For the entrance exam, current affairs, static general knowledge and English communication are a few probable topics.
Some colleges like Aditi Mahavidyalaya, Dr. B. R. Ambedkar College and Ram Lal Anand College provide B.A. hons. in Hindi Journalism and Mass Communication.
