Dear Subha, NEET allows Biology as an additional subject for being eligible. But AIIMS requires Candidates to study Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as main subjects. And you need to score a minimum aggregate of 60% in these subjects. It is 60% for General Category and OBC and 50% for SC,ST.
