Board marks are considered to determine the eligibility criteria of the candidates. The eligibility criteria is 45% minimum aggregate in 12th marks in PCM for B-Tech. For other courses as well, the eligibility is minimum of 45% in required subjects. So, being a top 20 percentile, you'll be eligible for admission. The admission is done on the basis of the entrance exam that the university conducts. Good luck.
