You should go for b pharma rather than pharma d as in India there is much scope for b pharma . But if you want to go abroad then pharma d has a wider scope because pharma d is the minimum degree required to practice as a pharmacist in many developed countries.
After completing pharma d you can find work in hospitals , clinical research organizations and pharmacy colleges . Job profiles are - pharmacist , consultant , clinical scientist.
After completing b pharma you can find work in medical shops , colleges, pharmaceutical companies, etc. Job profiles are - pharmacist , shop owner , marketer and research professional .
At last it your decision both are good courses and your success depends upon your performance .
