Hello
Yes, you are eligible.
You require a bachelor's degree with minimum 55% marks if you are from General & OBC categories and 50% marks for SC, ST categories.
If you want to appear in IIT JAM Exam then, you need to satisfy all the other eligibility criteria as well.
IIT JAM 2019 Exam will be codnucted in the month of February 2019. So, prepare yourself well.

Yes PCM students are surely eligible for IIT JAM.
