By getting 450 to 460 in NEET exam, is there any chance to get MBBS course in any Government College?

Well dear,telling this will be a bit difficult as it also requires your category,domicile etc.

But,If you are under general category its very difficult to get MBBS in government colleges but if you are in OBC,SC,ST then you may get it in any rounds.
