I have send mail to them but they have just replied the public notice on duplicate forms no such brief information was given by them so I am confused what to do now?Please help!

They do allow you to make some edits in the form but I am not sure whether what you are asking is going to happen or not.
But do not fill a duplicate form because multiple forms leads to cancellation of Application Form of JEE (Main)-2019. However, NTA will accept one Application Form and Admit card will be issued on only single Application Form.

Thank you for answering my question But how will they set rank with two different application form of same candidate one was of January session and the second in April session?

Most probably they would consider your April attempt because after filling the form you are a fresher candidate. So, it would be better for you to start preparing for JEE Mains (April).
