If You meet the eligibility criterion of JEE Main, then You are eligible to appear It does not matter what stream are You pursuing,If CS is Your subject in class 12th then You must have other three subjects as PCM, and if You are in an engineering college then You must not have passed 12th class more than two years ago and Your subjects in class12th are PCM, then You will be eligible to appear in JEE Main.
