Can a registered ews candidate in du ug form can take general seat at the time of admission if he won't be able to submit their EWS document

See, if you've already registered with another category, it's quite tough to change it.if the university is left with general seats in the last counseling rounds, they can admmit you , if you've acquired the eligible rank of general category.
