Can an other than Maharashtra candidate get admission in ILS Pune in CAP round 4, institutional level?

Hello dear
47 % seats are available for others in ILS. These are divided among candidates from within Maharashtra and outside Maharashtra. and 3% seats are reserved according to law for physically handicapped candidates from any State.
Now as ILS is a government aided - 10% of the seats to students (all india candidates) are sanctioned CAP seats and for minority candidates, it is none.

NO YOU CAN NOT GET ADMISSION IN ILS IF YOU ARE OUT SIDE MAHARASHTRA CANDIDATE AND YOU HAVE A LOW SCORE IN ANY ROUND.
