Because the NEET eligibility criteria is your class 12th marks in physics chemistry & biology should be 50% & above
Only these three subjects are taken into consideration. (PCB)

And also with 50% of marks .though this minimum aggregate marks for PCB .yo uhave to pass in your subjects
