Because the NEET  eligibility criteria is your  class 12th marks in physics chemistry & biology should be 50% & above

Only these three subjects are taken into consideration. (PCB)

You have passed in all your subjects not even without  fail in any one of the subjects .

And also with 50% of marks .though this minimum aggregate marks for PCB .yo uhave to pass in your subjects

No you are not elogelig for neet as the criteria is that u shd pass all the subjects and hence try clearing it and then try. All the best
