JEE exam is India's one of the toughest exams for entrance in IITs , NITs and other colleges for undergraduate programs.
So one who is already studying in a college is not eligible for the exam until and unless he is a dropout or a class 12th pass student with 75% marks and mathematics as a compulsory subject.
