Can CSE with Artificial intelligence and machine learning provide better placement than normal CSE ?

Company placement altoghter depend on the criteria or a candidate that a company is looking for, if company needs your special skill you will be awarded with good points but if ypur special skill has nothing to do with company, it will not benefit it in anyways but there are good chances of candidate with special skill to get better job opportunity.
