Yes, you can appear for JEE Main with PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) along with Hindi and Physical Activity Trainer, provided these are your Class 12 subjects and you meet the NTA eligibility requirements.

For JEE Main B.E./B.Tech, the important subjects are Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, plus one of Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, or a Technical Vocational subject. Your additional Hindi and Physical Activity Trainer subjects do not prevent you from appearing.
