can i apply for karnataka private colleges now. coz I found out that the dates have already gone?

Yes in direct way you can't apply because both COMEDK and KCET exams are already completed. Even counselling process is started for them . So it can't be possible to get seat here.
Indirectly yes if you want to go through management quota. There are many colleges in karnataka who offers it's management seats directly on the basis of 12th score.
