Hi
Firstly I would have been nice if you had mention the course as well but 64 person for admission is due is fine.
is you are disable there's separate criteria for admission in delhi university for you:
The PWD candidates with not less than 40% disability are given a relaxation in the minimum eligibility in the qualifying examination and in the minimum eligibility (if any) in the admission entrance test to the extent of 5%.
Search for the cutoff and your eligibility according to the facilities provided

Hai,
Yes you can surely apply for course of your interest in Delhi University. Average marks asked for applying is 60% for General category and there will be relaxation(<5%) to handicap. For eligibility regarding your course you can visit the website of Delhi University and select the appropriate course. This is because there do occur variations among different courses for which you are looking to apply.
Also admission depends on cut-off and reservation.

Hello aspirant,
Yes you can apply for du in any course as the minimum percentage required for getting admission is 55% and you have a well score and that too you are handicap you will get reservation seat.
