If you have secured more Mark's than the cutoff decided by NEET 2019 for your respective category then you can apply for counselling of All India quota and state qouta. All India quota counselling is done through centralized body for admission into 15% of seats. State quota counselling will be done by state committees for 85%seats in medical colleges.
