Hi dear,
If you fulfill domicile criteria for two states , you can take benefit of only one state domicile at a time.
You will have to choose between the two states as to which state counseling you want to attend.
The state you mentioned in your forms is the state you should attend state counseling.

i mentioned delhi in the formcan't i now apply for haryana 85 percent counseliing?
