Can i change my cast after ragistration at the time of admission in du because ragisteration has started and i'll get obc proof after 10days

No its not possible whatever details you have fill in the form that will be taken in evaluation or you can ask admission committe of the college in which you want to take admission if they can help you regardimg this.

Actualy i have ragister with my obc ragisteration id and applications no. And after one month i will get certificate then at the time of admission can i show certificate

Yes then you want have any problem if you have registered yourself with obc.Just show obc certificate at the time of admission.
But in cutt off will i get reservation now

Yes if you have filled with obc then you are eligible for obc category.
