Can i change my stream in 2nd year

Hello Candidate,
It's impossible to change stream in  Jamia.As you know in Jamia there is very limited seat and almost all  of them got allocated during admission.Jamia have any such provision.
The only way through which you can have your branch changed is through up-gradation i.e. you got selected and allotted the branch that was on 'x' number of your preference and there's a vacancy in your preference number 'x-1'.
That happens automatically. You have no intervention in that.
