Dear Aspirant,

No you can not do CA from Delhi University and for that matter you can not do CA from any other university. CA is done under ICAI, Institute for Chartered Accountants of India( Website : www.icai.org (http://www.icai.org/) ).

The eligibility for CA is minimum class 12th, however you can also do it post graduation and along with graduation too.
