    Hello Yakshpal kasliwal.

    No it will be totally illegal and unethical to do both at the  same time.

    Pursuing MBBS from Ukraine is a better option.

    Let me tell you that one of my friend is pursuing MBBS from Ukraine from bogomolets university if you want any additional information I can provide you that later.
