can i eligible for iit if I just passed 10 this year and I want to fill the form of iit can I do this

No you cannot apply for IIT you are not eligible. Only the candidates who have completed their 10+2 level and have given JEE mains and Advanced are eligible to get seat in IIT. First you need to complete your 10+2 level and then give Joint Entrance Examination Mains exam. Once you have given JEE main exam and have got the required cut off to give Joint Entrance Examination advanced and then give JEE Advanced, get a good rank only then you will be eligible for admissions in IITs. You cannot go directly to IITs after your 10th.
