No, you cannot appear for JEE Main for 4 th time. There is no such rule is announced by the authorities.
To appear for JEE Main, candidates are given 3 attempts only. However, according to the new announcement, every candidate can appear for the entrance exam twice a year. That is, in three years you can give exam 6 times (2 attempts in each year).
