No i am sorry. You need to score somewhere around 530 to be have a high chances

Last year, cutoff for All India quota was 568 and for state quota it was 532. So, you see chances are very less for MBBS.

Sorry to say but last year cutoff for jharkhand was 532 for patlipur medical college. You have extremely low chances of getting a seat in a government college through state quota.
