can i expect to get a clg according to last years last admitted candidate ? if in 2019 last admitted was rank 153000 somewhat then will in around same rank in 2020 or will it be a higher rank?

It is difficult to predict the cut off trends for this year because you are not specific about the entrance exam.
For different entrance exams cut offs vary differently. It does not remain constant, the closing rank can be higher than previous year's closing rank as well as it can be lower too , if the difficulty level of entrance was high or low, respectively.
Cut offs also depend on a number of factors like :-
- Number of students giving the entrance
- Number of candidates qualifying the entrance
- Total number of applicants
-Last year's cut off trends
There won't be any drastic change in the cut off ranks . So, you can expect it to be close to last year's cut off.

The NEET cut offs for this year are going to change to a large extent, as the candidates have performed very well this year. The closing cut off ranks will be much lesser than previous year's. This will lead to a lot of competition.
